Terms & Conditions
1. Service Agreement
By booking a service with Meku Cleaning Services Ltd, you agree to these terms and conditions. The service provided is a cleaning service and not a full restoration. We will do our utmost to achieve the highest possible standard but do not guarantee to restore any item or area to a "like new" condition.
2. Booking and Quotes
All prices for one-off and recurring cleans are based on a flat rate determined by the property size and condition. A firm quote will be provided after an initial consultation or questionnaire to ensure accuracy. Any extra services (add-ons) must be requested at the time of booking and are subject to an additional charge.
3. Cancellations
We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of a service. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the service cost.
4. Client Obligations
The client must provide a safe working environment and access to hot and cold running water and electricity. The client is responsible for securing any valuables, cash, jewellery, or irreplaceable items. Meku is not responsible for any damage or loss to items that are not secured or removed prior to the service.
5. Damages and Claims
In the unlikely event of accidental damage, the client must report the incident to us in writing within 24 hours of the service completion. We will investigate the claim and, where appropriate, rectify the issue. Our liability is limited to the cost of repair or replacement, not exceeding our insurance coverage.
6. Payment
Payment for services is due on the day of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Failure to pay on time may result in late fees.
7. Feedback and Guarantee
We stand by our work. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours. We will promptly arrange a return visit to re-clean the area of concern at no extra cost.
